CRAZY GO NUTS WEEK

Last Saturday Heather had a baby boy named Pryson. While she was in the hospital Chris was busy moving their belongings to their new house. Heather came home to a house of boxes. Luckily my mom was in town and slaved away at organizing the new house. It is not easy to get anything done with a new baby... or with Korver. He is the smartest toddler I know, but that being said he needs constant attention. So that is where Robert & I came in. We went over every day this week and played with Korv. Our favorite activity was going on walks, especially to see the horses. Thank Heavens the weather cooperated.

On Thursday we had family in town so we had them over for dinner. We also took them to our favorite destination... the horse stable. We had so much fun visiting with all of them. And we all love to see our Grandma Paxman! Friday was spent cleaning the up-stairs of our duplex. We have a new family moving in. Hopefully the little girl that is moving in & Pepper will be good friends.

Plants- Inside & Out

For Christmas my grandparents gave me money to buy a plant. I wanted a plant because I think they are soothing. So we went to Lowe's in January and there were about three plants in the whole store. And they were not healthy looking ones. So we decided to hold off and get a plant later. We finally got around to it. I found the plant I wanted and on the way to the check out Robert said "look at those Lucky Bamboo plants"... and so then I looked and changed my mind and got one of those instead. I really like it!

I planted some sugar snap peas about a month ago and they have popped up. So today Robert and Pepper got some stakes and netting to hold the peas up as they grow. They also planted some carrots. We are just trying to figure out when we want to plant our pumpkins. We don't have room for much else in our little garden.
Again with the flipped picture problem. Anyway... cock your head and look at Tabor's smile. Yes, he is starting to smile when you talk to him in a voice that sounds like you are telling him he is the cutest thing in the world.

Fire Station

Owen, a friend from our ward was turning three today. So his mother arranged for us to take a tour of the fire station for his birthday. They showed us the kitchen etc. and the kids were thinking "yeah yeah we have a kitchen table at home where is the fire truck?" The fireman who showed us around was really nice and even took the older kids for a ride. We had a lot of fun. The firemen gave Pepper (and all the kids) a little badge and told them they were all junior fire fighters. Just like her grandpa and a favorite neighbor Loren Charlston :)

Improvement

This little man is improving each and everyday. He seldom stays up after his nightly feedings. His colicky evening time has decreased to an hour or two... which I can handle. And he lets me put him down in the mornings longs enough to do things like unload the dishwasher, put away a batch of laundry. And best of all he now smiles quite a bit. Although we have yet to catch it on camera. He is so handsome! And yes... he is balding :)
