I'm A Barbie Girl!
Pepper is a barbie girl, in a barbie world. And she can stay in that world for an hour or two at a time. She sets the table, gives the baby a bath, drives around the jeep, has little conversations and puts them to bed. I wish I had that sort of an imagination. Both of my sisters did. I was not so easily entertained. Although, on occasion they would let me know their barbies were going to have a party, so I would decorate. I even remember cutting a piece of paper into confetti for Skippers birthday. Anyway... Pepper takes after her aunts. And now Tabor and I have some one on one time (which I would have to do whether I wanted to or not in order to distract him from destroying Peppers little world, but I do enjoy reading/playing with him).

Tabor's Eye Surgery
So we went down to Utah to accomplish 2 things. Sugery & Packing/Moving. Tabor was champ on surgery day. The nice part about surgery on a baby is that they are not nervous beforehand because they have no idea what is going on. Tabor is in his hospital T-shirt just smiling. He happily went to the doctor who took him away from us. I am glad he was so chipper that morning because I was nervous. But all went well. They did the "Eye Muscle Surgery" in a 1/2 hour we waited for him to wake up for a 1/2 hour and then we left. It was super fast.
They pulled his eye lid up and did thier procedure stitched it up and pulled the eye lid back down. It was slightly swollen but other then that you couldnt even tell. I was so glad he did not have to get bandaged up because it would of been one heck of a nightmare keeping him from touching it. I would have put one of those cones you put on dogs heads around him. Anyway the moral of the story is... eye muscle surgery really anywhere near as bad as I imagined.
My parents drove us down to Utah, we used thier trailor, they helped Robert pack & load our things, entertained kids and then drove us back to Washington. What service! I am so grateful for all of thier hard work!
Heather watched Pepper during Tabors dr. appt. and surgery. Korver and Pepper had a blast playing hide and go seek. They played it the entire trip. Whenever I looked for them I would say "Are they in the closet?" and you would hear them both say "NO" from under the bed. One more last thing because I think it is so cute... the kids were playing and randomly Korver folds his arms and says "Heavenly Father, I am so grateful that I can play with Pepper, in the name of Jesus Christ Amen".

Hair Growth!
Robert on the other hand does not have a hard time growing hair. Since he just graduated from BYU the shaving rule no longer applies to him... so he decided to grow a beard. He was only able to handle one week of hair growth because he said his face was so itchy. Too bad, I wanted him to let it go a little longer and get a little thicker. But it was not something I would want him to keep forever so I am not heartbroken. Anyway... there you have it hair grows.

Stripes For Christmas!
Each Christmas Eve we get a pair of PJ's. This year my mom bought them for all of her grand-kids. 4 boys and 1 girl. So naturally the pj's were more boyish. But my mom thoughtfully bought Pepper a turquoise flower to go with it, un-thoughtfully Pepper kept taking it out.
