Yesterday I woke up to Robert calling "Amber Amber come quick." He had gone outside to water the flowers and found a baby bird that had fallen out of it's nest. It had not grown all of it's feathers yet. It was a wild little guy, flipping from it's front to it's back over and over. We decided the only thing to do was return it to it's home.
So Robert climbed the tree he found it under...and lo and behold 35-40 feet up he found it's nest. The baby bird had been silent the whole time he was on the ground but when Robert got him up by his nest he started chirping! And we heard the mother chirping as well. A happy reunion!
Kjarsta told us about a state park (on the Great Salt Lake) called Antelope Island. It looked like a sandy paradise from the car, but as we got closer to the waters edge we were drowning in bugs. Here are Robert's feet to give you a slight idea of how many bugs there were in every square inch. It wasn't bad though once you got into the water. So we hung out in the water the majority of the time..which was what we came to do. So we had fun. 
I have never been able to float in water before (unless I was wearing water wings or a life vest) but it was so easy at the Great Salt Lake. It felt like we were laying on top of the water...as Spencer is demonstrating.
The sand was to wet to build anything fabulous...so we basically built a big pile of sand and plated it with rocks and called it good.
Salt had dried all over us! It was worth taking a freezing shower to get it all off.
