The day before Peppers birthday I threw a flower birthday party for her.
We got a calendar of different flowers. We cut out the small pictures on the back and put them into a basket (to draw out of) and used the big ones to walk on. Instead of a cupcake walk... we did a flower walk.

On Peppers actual birthday my mom curled Peppers hair and gave her a mani and a pedi. This is also the only picture I have of the cake "Grandma Vicki" made for her.
