Pumpkins!

We were having everyone try on the pumpkin. Pepper was the only one who could get into it... so Korver wore it as a hat, and Robert wore it as a mask. I wish I would of taken more pictures.

The Festivities Begin

Saturday night we picked out some pumpkins. We cleaned one out, carved some leg holes and put Pepper in it. She looked pretty cute. But the pictures are not up-loading normal and I am computer illiterate for the most part so I will have to wait until Robert gets home to put them on. So all there is for now is this picture of Pepper sporting her ghostly "BOO" shirt.

Sunday that One Day

My Grandma Paxman made Pepper this pink patchwork quilt. It completed her outfit on Sunday. I am always putting Pepper on her blanket (on the floor) during Relief Society because for the most part she stays quiet and entertains herself. Although Robert takes her to Priesthood everyother week, so I only get her half the time.

We love the outdoors. Wish autumn would stick around and winter would stay in the mountains. It is starting to get so cold!
We have carried on the Bruce & Lori Salmon family tradition of... eating doughnuts saturday after conference while the men tell us about priesthood session. I was getting the hot chocolate ready etc. and when I turned around to see Pepper with 2 doughnuts. Since her high chair tray was not on she was able to reach farther and pull the doughnut box close enough to grab a couple. Unfortunatly her mother didn't let her eat them both.

Piano Duet

This is not your typical scene. Korver and Pepper cooperating together. It was so cute they were both playing notes... our little musicians!

Back to Happy Valley

We are now back in Utah where Robert is attending BYU. We miss both sets of grandparents and all the family we had in Washington.... but in some ways it is slightly nice to be back. We love to hang out with the Kinghorns, Curtis' and Spencer. Here is Pepper in the swing in the backyard of our duplex.

Grandma Paxman....

When grandma took Pepper it was never to do normal things like playing patty-cake. Grandma was always there to help Pepper experience new adventures. Like drinking out of the hose, wading in the fountain or rolling pool balls. She loved being around her Grandma Paxman because life was never boring.

Best Wok

Well first a shout out to Chad and Autumn who were married nearly 6 weeks ago. I have yet to recieve any of thier wedding photos so I am posting a picture of them at best wok, instead. We went out to lunch with them when they returned from thier honeymoon in Victoria. After lunch the waiter brought us a plate of oranges. We all loved them, even Pepper.

Pepper & Cecily

I don't know why in the world the middle picture won't flip. But it won"t. We went to the tri-cities this past Sunday for Cecily Jones' blessing. Five or six years ago Sarah and I would day dream about marrying David and Robert (Sarah to David; Me to Robert) and having kids. Now it is a reality. I am so glad Robert and I got married. He is such a wonderful husband and father. And having Pepper in our family is so fun!

Lake Sammamish

Growing up I thought Lake Sammamish was a dream come true. Well, not a lot has changed. And I am so happy Pepper thinks the same way. She is a perfect daughter for lake lovers like Robert and I. This is fourth of july weekend while the Curtis' were in town. We had so much fun with the family at the lake.
